Prayer for Peace

The highlight of the Earthdance festival is the synchronized “Prayer for Peace” which is played simultaneously on dancefloors around the world. It’s a powerful, heartfelt moment where everyone is conscious of our unity as a human species on planet Earth, as we share this experience with people around the world.

The Peace Parade

Traditionally at Earthdance Cape Town there is a parade of peace dancers who move from the chill zone to the main dancefloor for the link-up ceremony. Here’s an opportunity for you to dress up for this colourful parade as we celebrate our community and our connectedness to others across the planet.
