1. Attach photo / sketch of your entire stall, including vehicle and camping.
2. Supply (COA) Certificate of Acceptability and (COC) Certificate of Compliance for Gas, if you are a food stall.
3. Gas Compliance Form if you use gas.
4. Upload image of your stall for media sharing purposes.
5. If you are a food / beverage Vendor. Please upload your menu.
